Small bumps on shoulders back
I have these small bumps on my shoulders and all over the back.this looks like acne but leave terrible marks which don't go.i can't wear sleeveless..i want to get rid of this as I can't wear ..this lows my confidence .please suggest some medicine and advise.pictures attached
