Small bumps on my skin
I have small bumps on my arms thighs and around knees. Its small bump like goose bumps. I feel skin grows on the hair. I feel like a chicken skin to touch. Its there since my childhood. What should i do? I havnt taken any medications till now.Its doesnt pain nor itch.

What you are describing good possibility keratosis pilaris. However without a proper examination it is not possible to say with certainty.
