The appearance of small brown round shaped patches on your arm could be due to several reasons, including hyperpigmentation, fungal infection or other skin conditions. Since your CBC report from 2 months ago was normal, it's unlikely that an underlying systemic issue is causing these patches. However, without being able to see them or having more information, it's challenging to provide a definitive diagnosis.
Few possibilities are :
Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation
Tenia versicolor
Lentigines (age spots).
Given your history of back acne it would be best to have them examined by the doctor. You can consult the doctor online or visit the clinic to determine the exact cause and appropriate treatment.
Proper history and clinical examination is required to come to a diagnosis. Don't worry, most of the conditions are treatable or can be controlled with medicines.
