I have back acne at the back from some time now and i noticed very small brown round shaped patch on the arm 2-3 . I had Cbc 2 months back report was normal . Why this . When touching feels nothing only i can see it

The appearance of small brown round shaped patches on your arm could be due to several reasons, including hyperpigmentation, fungal infection or other skin conditions. Since your CBC report from 2 months ago was normal, it's unlikely that an underlying systemic issue is causing these patches. Few possibilities are :
Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation
Tenia versicolor
Lentigines (age spots).
