What medicine should i take to cure small abscess on my buttocks? Its painful to sit on chairs. Its small but feel like getting bigger. However, its still less than 1cm at present.

I can understand your concern.
You can apply t-bact ointment over it and take a tab. Lyser-D twice a day after food for 3 days.
If it still persists, get it checked out by a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.

Steps to follow:
1. See a qualified dermatologist near you
2. You may need us culture testing if there is pus / and a course of antibiotics
3. Decolonisation medications
4. maintain good personal hygiene
5. get your blood sugars tested
