Slow stomach pain..loose motion
Loosemotion after eating anything..pain stomach..from last 2-3 days..take med entro nil yesterday mrng two tablets ....some relief...but still suffering...i thnk some infection in stomach suggest some med...also im diabetic patient

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
As of now you can take a tab. Pantosec twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days.
tab. Sporolac-ds thrice a day after food for 3 days.
