Slow increasing HCG with gestational sac
Hcg is increasing very slowly at the rate of 30%, Gestational sac was found at hcg level 800, confused please request for clarification.

Usually at HCG level of 800, no gestational sac can be visualised... But if g sac is visualised n bhcg is 800, there is a high chance that it going to be a missed abortion.. so get a HCG test again after 48 hrs.. if the value is rising by 50% then get a repeat USG after a week... If HCG is falling then u can consider missed abortion

In a normal intrauterine pregnancy the titers should double in 48 hours If intra uterine GSAc is seen Titers  are not doubling in 48 hours this indicates Missed abortion
