Hello my son is 2and half year old. He is still not speaking complete sentences. Kind of worried he will be 3 by may Any suggestion .

Hello....... Language development in children aged 3-4 years also includes a growing vocabulary and a greater understanding of the basic rules of grammar. Child can converse in short sentences, but without physical presence we cannot guess the problem, take him to pediatrician..
