Hoarse voice and difficulty in speaking
I am experiencing sore throat since Wednesday. And since yesterday I have a hoarse voice and I am finding it difficult to speak... I am experiencing pain in the throat and have difficulty while swallowing anything.

Need more history. Could be laryngitis. Need to do endoscopy to confirm. For the time being 1. VOICE REST 2. TAB PANTOCID DSR 1 TAB BEFORE FOOD ONCE DAILY FOR 7 DAYS 3. STEAM INHALATION THREE TIMES DAILY
