Slipped Disc
I have slipped on the floor 1 month ago. I am taking rest since then as in my MRI report suggests disk bulge lower back. Currently I have some relief while slipping but not improvement while sitting. If I sit more than 5-10 minutes I have got severe pain in the back.

Your MRI shows a tear in the disc ( cushion pad). It takes 3 months to heal and pain will gradually subside.

You have an intervertebral disc prolapse and nerve compression due to that.

You need to consult with an orthopedic doctor for physical examination. Till then avoid forward bending and lifting of heavy weight. You can take otc pain medicine and apply hot packs.
