C2-3 to C5-6 discs are partially desiccated.Fairly large broad based globular posterior and right subarticular disc extrusion is Seen at c5-c6 level indenting the right anterolateral thecal sac and impinging upon existing right C6 nerve root Remaining intervertebral disc do not reveal significant bulges or protrusions Was advised to take wysolone 10 mg for 10 days but not much improvement pain in right arm stretching

kindly go to a physiotherapy clinic and take up intermittent cervical traction(weight: 5 kgs, hold time:20 seconds, rest time:5 seconds, duration 15 minutes) along with IFT ( interferential therapy).continue this treatment for 10 days.
Next Steps
Avoid strenuous work and long travels including two wheeler or car driving for another 3 weeks. Avoid forward bending position of neck during daily activities.
Health Tips
Make sure your neck and upper back are aligned linearly while sleeping on your side.avoid sleeping on your right side if possible. support the whole lenght of your neck with pillow of suitable height while lying on one side. avoid neck bending on any side while sleeping,
