Slight swelling in both ankles
Obsetved last two to three days swelling in both ankles(leg) and nothing in face.As on 22/07/2020 (15 days back) testing Creatinine level:1.07 and eGFR:74.Have BP ,prostate enlargement ,bith taking medicines.Joint knee pain since long back ,taking pain killers.Kindly advise me regarding the swelling prob

You require few tests for evaluation of the cause...
Urine and blood tests and scan for prostate
Stop pain killers
Your kidney function appears normal.
Decrease your water intake to daily 2L .
And I Have to assess if any of the medicines being taken you are causing these side effects.
