I completed my entire course of antibiotics for UTI after few days again I'm having pain while urinating but no symptoms of frequent urination and smelly Urine why is it so??

Get a test called urine routine to rule out infection
Were antibiotics given after a culture tests?
If not probably the causative organism was not sensitive to the antibiotics taken

First of All go for
Ultrasound & URINE C/s to rule out cause & then we decide further managment
