Slight pain n swelling in 1 knee
This is present since a week. Also I am under menopause stage. This irregular period is since 2017 and now I have chums once in 3 months and also I have spotting for a day in between. I have a desk job. I do stationary cycling for 30 to 40 mins for 4 days in a week. Also I walk lightly. Apart from this and my household chores I am not that physically active. I feel I may be having some deficiencies. I am a pure vegetarian and will consume only egg, occasionally. Also I forgot to mention that I am having severe hair loss of late. When discussed with my colleagues I was told that I need to take zinc n calcium supplements. I don't have any pre medical conditions. Have completed my COVID vaccine doses too. What do you suggest? Can you pls reply ASAP
