Hello, I went through your query,,, uncomfortable shoes usually cause foot pain or ankle pain, this knee pain may be due to over use (of ligaments and muscles around knee) that is because of your tennis,, or due to sprain of muscles around knee, all you need to pain killers and proper rest, talk to orthopedician for prescription, and physiotherapist helps you to recover faster from pain. And consider changing shoes if you are not comfortable.
