Slight pain in my knee
Hii I m 16 years old when I was playing football I had got injured so actually it was a ligament tear of my knee , it was not that serious but I had a pain I went to the doctors took medicines used a stick and concerned a physiotherapist and it took me 6 month's to recover and yes I didn't took MRI I can PLAY now but sometimes there is a slight pain in my right knee where exactly I don't know but sometimes when I jump with pressure it hurts , can someone help me with it !!!

Even after 6 months jumping should be avoided until and unless you have undergone timely exercise protocol. Abrupt jumping is harmful you should first start with low intensity jumping practice and use knee supports while playing. You should also work with strengthening of your quards.
