Slight fever 98, and coughing at night
Respected sir,
My 1.9 year son weight is nearly 11.5 kg. From today morning we found that he is with watery eyes, mild and light fever say 97.5 to 98. Nostril are dry. And at of sleeping sometimes coughing suddenly and there is a tendency of little breathing problem probably due to throat sore or cough. In such situation please advice us what to do.

Temp is normal
Give him cetrizine syrup 2.5 ml once a day.
Check his temp every 4 hours
If there is rise in temp please get back to me
