  4. Slight Breast pain. I get ibuprofen?

Slight Breast pain
2 days back I hit myself on my left breast and since then there has been slight on going pain very mild and a very little lumpy feeling , I also have my period technically delayed by 2 days so I'm not sure what's causing this pain should I get ibuprofen?
