Hi,
Your body mass index is 26. It should be between 18.5 to 25. This means that you are over weight. Overweight can cause lethargy, lack of mood, Excessive sleepiness.
I suggest you to start doing some exercises. Maintain your weight between 60 to 70kg.
Maintain a sleeping schedule. Go for a little walk whenever you feel sleepy.
If this won't helps, get your thyroid checked once.
