this is due to exertion. body want to rest so sleep process occur. for this u take online consultation here also. u feel more sleepy may be due to routine  habit.
Next Steps
take proper sleep in night. drink plenty of water. in morning due yoga it helps more. avoid using phone in night beside that u can read any novel or story book. ur sleep is good and also ur problem solve.
