Unable to sleep on time
I work night shift and reach home bt 4am. i feel drowsy unable to do any work, but i cannot sleep, feel anxiety and think about the day. i sleep by 7am 7:30am, then i havr to get up early by 11am. since i am not able to catch on sleep i am tired for the rest of the day. this has been going on for some months

This usually happens and the most important thing that can be done is to complete your sleep. So if you fall asleep by 7  am then you should complete your sleep till 2 P.M
