Sleeplessness during nights;

Asked for Female, 62 Years

My wife(62) does not get sound sleep in the nights. But, sometimes, she gets sleep just before day break. Her sleep pattern is quite irregular. She often complains of either headache or aching legs. She has no other ailments, viz., BP, DM, etc.
