Sleeplessness anxiety numbness
One may 5th i woke up with shortness of breath and palpitation, after that i had gastric problems too. Not able to get sleep since then.On the second day went to Jayadeva(mysore) they tested ecg , 2d echo , bp , sugar , blood , thyroid, holter , covid(negative) and precribed medicine for synus tracardiya (alpharzolam, soltar 40mg).Even in medication i was not able to sleep. As i was having loss of appetite, lot of burping , pressure in stomach and esophagus went again to doctor they prescribed panzec 40mg. When i skip (alparzolam +soltar) at night i got a bit of sleep(1 hr) atleast i wont woke up with shortness of breath. But it continues everyday night i wake up with fear palpitation and weird feeling of detachment from world. Dr told im havg panic and anxiety issue. But i do suffer from chest pain sometimes radiating to left arm. Burning sensation of palm numbness in hand. Yesterday i woke up with numbness or no sensation in face and hand too.Im in mandya pls help advice pls pls pls.

What you have experienced/ are experiencing is an anxiety disorder . Sinus tachycardia is a common occurance with Panic/ anxiety disorder. Instead of taking medications for gastric, tachycardia and sleeplessness, it is important that you take treatment for the main reason for the symptoms which is the anxiety. There is good treatment available. We treat with appropriate medications and Psychotherapies .
