Sleeping problems
I am facing problem in sleeping. My timings are changing and not able to sleep at night. I sleep till afternoon and not able to sleep on right time in the night. I need support in identifying the specialist for this type of problem.

Hello, Did the problem with sleep start after any changes in our work shifts? Need to be evaluated..consult a psychiatrist

First try sleep hygiene , then some anxiolytic
