Well this problem is solely because of your shift issues... The best thing I can advice you is to stop your night shifts..
Apart from that I would suggest you try to lie down and rest even if you don't feel sleepy..secondly you need to have food on time..maintain time as much as possible.. Drink lots of water..avoid snacks and junk food in the night time.. Try to have good heavy breakfast in the morning...your body needs time some to adjust to your shift schedule
