Most of the time I have sleeping problem. I can't sleep properly till midnight. Excessive thinking is there without any reason.

Keep away ur gadgets
Drink hot milk with one small banana at bedtime
To stop unnecessary thoughts, u may listen to calming music in low volume n deep breathing will help
