Sleep disturbance is usually secondary to some other medical or psychological problems. And also instead if taking medication. First follow sleep hygiene
1. Don't take tea or coffee after 4or 5pm.
2.use your bed only for sleeping at night.
3.no afternoon nap.
4. Do some exercise.
5.hot shower before going to sleep.
6.no TV or gadgets when you go to sleep.
7.you can get some music for sleep on net and music therapy is known to help in relieving stress and treat insomnia.
