I am having problem in sleeping and I didn't sleep from 15 days for the first time. I am concerned about me n my health . I am actively working daily but I didn't sleep from15 days.

If there is problem related to only sleep then you can try sleep hygiene. This include- Go to bed at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning, including on the weekends. Use bed only for sleeping do not read book or use phone on bed. Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing, and at a comfortable temperature. Remove electronic devices, such as TVs, computers, and smart phones, from the bedroom. Avoid large meals, caffeine, smoking and alcohol before bedtime. Go for walk or exercise. If the problem persists consult for treatment of underlying cause for insomnia. Medication are last resort and they are prescribed for a small period of time if required.

It may due to various reasons, since this is happening for the first time it could be due to a change or an event that occurred lately due to which you have undergone certain stress. Stress does play a role in the lack of sleep, however stress might not be just the only factor. If you feel it is stress or any other reason it is important to address and deal with the same.

A sleep is natural process. But when some one get stressed by any reason, it affects your natural sleep. To take sleeping pills is not a solution. You should manage stress either by counseling or by proper psychotherapy.
Sleep disturbance are often due to some other reason. Evaluation of that reason will help.

As the problem I not since long time...please take T. Zolfresh 10 mg for 10 days then 5 mg for 19 days then stop.
Practice sleep hygiene.
