Hello Dear, There could be numerous reasons as to why you're not able to sleep early. May be stressed out with some aspect of your life – it may be personal or professional or not be tired enough to warrant early sleep. You should take into consideration how you structure your day as well as your nights. You can also try some deep breathing exercises at night before you sleep, in order to help you relax. Physical exercises everyday also are very helpful. If none of the above work, you may find it beneficial to visit a psychologist near you, to get expert advice.

To sleep.at 9pm one should be exerted for the day with either physical activity  or mental activity or both. Of you are a working person,  try to have more physical activity so that after you reach home  and relax with either family or friends you can naturally get a sound sleep.
