Sleeping more than 10 hours
I am a student. I am observing that I am able to sleep more than 10 hours at one stretch. Last night I slept in evening from 8-9:30 pm and then after midnight to 11 am even after having coffee at night. This is not the first time i am sleeping this much. I have my final exams going on so it is doing harm only. Also I do not feel fresh after waking up nor do I have a good concentration. For reference I am taking medicine for generalized anxiety disorder and depression. Any suggestions??

If you are taking medication, consult your doctor as he/she might alter the dosage, if this is due to some effects. There are many causes for over sleeping or disturbed sleep for which you take the next step of consulting a doctor to diagnose the cause and take appropriate treatment.
