Hi there! Since I was in 2nd grade I have always had the issue with falling asleep during school. No matter how much sleep I get, I always fall asleep multiple times during the day. If I try to keep myself awake it is nearly impossible. I cannot focus at all unless I fall asleep but naps don’t help either. I have tried different sleeping schedules and I have tried different eating habits. Nothing has seemed to have helped. I would appreciate your help!’
