Try taking nexito early and sleeping early. Instead of using mobile or watching T.V., try some meditation, prayers or Reading some book. Avoid tea or coffee in evening. Get up at a fixed time in morning using an alarm. Gradually your body will get used to this sleep, wake, cycle. Avoid using sleeping pills with nexito.

The sleep disturbance you describe is common in people going through stress, anxiety, depression, or a delayed sleep-wake cycle. Since you are already taking Nexito (escitalopram) 20 mg, please do not add any sleeping medication on your own, as treatment should be individualized.
Next Steps
Advice from me Consult the treating psychiatrist within the next few days. Maintain a fixed wake-up time. Avoid naps and late-night screen use. Keep a sleep diary for 1–2 weeks.
Health Tips
Using a mobile phone until 4–5 AM is likely worsening the problem. Try maintaining a fixed wake-up time daily (even after a poor night’s sleep), avoid daytime naps, stop screen use at least 1–2 hours before bedtime, get morning sunlight exposure, and engage in regular physical activity.
