Sleeping in pregnancy
Hello docs...i am 27 weeks pregnant....I usually prefer to sleep on left side... Last night i was in deep sleep and i dont knw somehow i got little more tilt...I felt little pain on left side which woke me up...I was surprised to see myself lean on left side and pressing it down...i ws pressing down my left side.....since then it is lil stretching feeling on left side...exactly where the kidneys are...which subsides when i change my sides..... Now i am worried about the well being of my baby... Would it have effected my baby... Will my baby be fine???...as I have heard we should not sleep on stomach in third trimester... Plzz help me out
