Sleeping disorder, low confidence
I wake up at nights to realise I was about to do something dangerous to myself or get very scared of something and scream during sleep. I also face very low self esteem and often find people demeaning me. I am not even sure whether my thoughts about my husband, whom I deeply love, are right or wrong. I often find him saying negative things about me & end up blaming him internally for my low esteem. I have no one but him to depend on and I feel he doesn't understand me, it's hurting our sex life.
