Your sleep pattern is likely to cause a specific sleep disorder called circadian rhythm disorder or problem related to biological cycle, which can often lead to lot of impact and can be difficult to treat. It is important that you sleep in the night when the sleep inducing hormone is active. You need to gradually bring forward your sleep timings by starting to wake up an hour earlier every couple of weeks and may be expose yourself to bright light during the day. Read my blog on sleep hygiene on www.mindcarebangalore.com for further details on sleep hygiene. In severe circadian rhythm problems, certain medicines are also prescribed. Regards
