Hi,
Last one week, I am getting lot of dreams due to this when I wake up, feels tired and seems like I have no proper sleep in night. I am not facing problem in sleeping I get sleep on time but when wakeup seems like I have no proper sleep, trying to remember got to know have lot of dreams comes in the night.
When I reached to office and start working on stressed works I am facing much problems like stomach bloating..problems in walking..fatigue..tiredness. please suggest the solution.

Dear Sir
Sleep disturbance can occur in a lot of conditions like stress,anxiety or depression. Set aside time during the day for exercise and meditation. Refrain from drinking caffeine, tea or alcohol
make sure your room is comfortable.. Limit the exposure to screen before bed..please see a psychiatrist for further help if your symptoms persists.
