Sleep talking
I talk in sleep very much almost every day. I will not only talk I will walk , scream, shout , cry etc. This is increasing day by day so I am worried.

You need proper evaluation to confirm diagnose, it can be simple parasomnia  disorder or stress related or seizure disorder.

Practice sleep hygiene, relaxation and reduce stress by meditation , daily exercises,spending time in hobbies . Take long warm water bath at night before you go to bed. If this is not helping then consult with a psychiatrist.

It will come down with age, need to consult  Psychiatrist and get treated you will be better
