Sleep related
I sleep for 6-8 hours approx daily on average. Whatever time I sleep I be in dreams. All time dreaming throughout night. I want a sound sleep. I feel dizzy sometimes and not that active as I was earlier. I do exercise (gym). Please suggest

I hope you are not taking any supplement provided by gym. You can take ramitax 8mg for sleep. It is non addictive. Take it for ten days and see.

Hello there..... Avoid or limit caffeine and alcohol and don't use nicotine. All of these can make it harder to sleep. Avoid caffeine after lunchtime. Avoiding alcohol can help prevent restless sleep and frequent awakenings..... Stick to a sleep schedule. Keep your bedtime and wake time consistent from day to day, including on weekends.....
