Sleep problems and loosing balance, brea
I have a anexity disorder. Take long term medications. Initaly I used so many medicines like Prodep, pettil0.5,recita forte then my GP changes to Zyven od 50 and clonafit bata.. I have been diagnosis about 4 year now my doctor Gradually stoped Zyven od 50 and only taken clonafit beta.... But now I have a sleep problem.Sometime breathing problems, can't walk due to lose of balance guess.Only 4 to 5 hour of sleep at night..Also I have high bp last taken 150/80..but doc says it's Ok what to do Pl

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help. I think you fairly tried all the medicine routine and still not able to address the problem. I am not sure, how much of effort you have put in behavioral changes or mindset changes or therapy to control your anxiety . Medicine can only provide you temporary relief as they supress or help in controlling the emotions. Obviously it will have some sides effects. You need to approach this holistically to get long-term benefits.  Anxiety is due to imbalance of air energy or Vata in the body. Ayurveda has solutions through few home remedies, therapies and few lifestyle corrections.But it needs detailed evaluation of your body constitution to recommend the next step.
