Hi Sleep problem has become very common nowadays, don't feel like you are the only one who is suffering.

consult a psychiatrist in person for further assessment to rule out disorders like anxiety & ocd, also consult pulmonologist if you have snoring to rule out OSA (ORTHOSTATIC SLEEP APNOEA)
Health Tips
practice sleep hygiene, avoid caffeinated drinks, keep room dark & pleasant, please avoid using mobile or watching TV or reading books while on bed especially to fall asleep, do regular exercise, take lite meal, there should be at least 2-3 hours between dinner & going to bed.
