Hello sir/mam,myself Subash age 30yrs ...My problem is suddenly from past 10days I'm not able to sleep at night but I can sleep in morning hours from 6 to 2pm ...I'm not getting what's the problem suddenly occured ...pls help me out to come out of this situation n help to sleep in the night hours...

You just need to make some behavioural modifications

1. Tire yourself during day
2. Put up alarm at a time 3 hours before your normal awake time and force yourself to wake up
3. Sleep 2-3 hours before your normal time and force. Sleep by reading something or tiring ur brain out
