Sleep not continiously 8 hours
Taking medicine for seizure from last 10 months. There no any episode come from last 1 months. But last 5 days not sleeping in night after 2 AM. He awake 2 AM and not sleep till morning. In day time 2 to 4 hours sleep in any time. medicine giving now valparin 200 one time daily.

I agree with my colleague. Specially resting/sleeping in times of lockdown during the day, is likely to mess up with sleep cycles.

Try life style changes like avoiding excessive tea coffee alcohol smoking Avoid stimulant like watching TV 2 hours before sleep time taking dinner early.
