Sleep issues
Since few weeks now i have been having issues with quality sleep. I sleep everyday around 11pm but automatically wake up by 4am. After that im tossing and turning till around 7am which is my regular wake up time. I dont drink or smoke and try and curb use of gadgets. I walk 10km everday and dont have weight issue. Recently i had mild flu and dont feel fully recovered. Please help me. I feel frustrated without sound sleep.
