Sleep disturb due to nasal block
I am having nose block right and left night time so not able to get sound sleep. Taken antihistamines treatment with a azee tab treatment 2-3 times but cough only lessen now. No any issue in day time but at night sleep disturb due to nose block sometime left nose and sometime right nose. Kindly suggest

Get an Nasal endoscopy done.you might have a deviated nasal septum or inferior turbinate hypertrophy thats contributing to your nasal blockage. Those things should br surgically corrected.medicine wont help much.
