Sleep Disorder
Namaste Doctor, I am a 27 year old who has started to work since three years in some company, and the timings for work used to be from 12:30 PM to 11:00 AM. I used to sleep by 1 or 2 AM since two and half years. I have resigned and started preparing for a professional course since three months and started to experience my sleeping timings very much disturbed like, I stay awake all the night with so much energy and I'd get sleep only by 5 or 6:30 in the morning and started to get up by 2 'O clock in the morning. I have tried many a times to sleep by 9 PM and get up by early morning for almost 4 days thinking that I'd may succeed back the normal sleep routine. Despite getting the desired results, I didn't get sleep for next 25 hours almost. I somehow need to change my sleep pattern else this is really going to effect my career. I am staying in Chennai, if anyone is from Chennai and have read this, kindly let me know your details, I'd make an immediate appointment.Thank you.
