Sleep Disorder
I am having the following symptoms, please help me diagnose the problem. Teeth grinding,loud snoring, daytime sleepiness, mild headache in the morning and I keep changing sides very frequently when i sleep like once in 10 minutes. I am not able to be productive and feeling lazy so i am concerned. What should I do?
