I see that your body clock is adjusted to sleeping at 2 pm. It is a habit which is controlling your routine as for now. A habit is something which we can break with little effort & right motive. There are few things we need to know about sleep before we can change this habit. Sleep as you know is a process with few steps. First step here is to calm yourself down, lie in a comfortable position in a comfortable environment and relax. Second step is to check your emotional state as well as parts of body which are holding tension & relax them. Third step is to stop your mind from over functioning which is by stopping the thought right there whenever you notice one. If you follow these steps religiously, you will reach the next state of calm which is sleep in no time. For the first day it might take a while however eventually you would change your habit & sleep effortlessly. If there is something else which is stopping you from following these steps seek further assistance from a professional . Take Care & Sleep Well.
