Even after 8 hr of sleeping working for office for 10-6 iam still waiting for my sleep to come. Woke up till 1/2 and now 4 am Suggest pls

Take poppy seeds 10 GM , boil in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes, cool down and consume 20 minutes before going to bed. Hope get rid from the problem.
