Sleep deprived and stresses
Past few days I couldn't sleep .My whole night passes without sleep .I slept around 4 in the morning .I am feeling very stressed n tired .I don't talk to anybody .Feeling anoyyed every moment .Feeling hopeless and negative thoughts are in my mind  .my marital life is not going well.

Hello miss. Good morning. I read ur description and tried to empathize with ur situation. Before jumping to any conclusion ,I will like to share some basic information over sleep disorders with you. Sleep is crucial event of day to day life. Any disturbance in sleep pattern lead to numerous mental and physical problems. What cause sleep disturbances? 1. Alterations of normal circadian rhythm of ur body ,means ur internal biological clock doesn't synchronise with external environment. This alterations happens due to excessive late night duties or shift or habbit of watching TV or any other activities. 2. Any physical illness of upper or lower respiratory tract and endocrine glands . 3. Any psychiatric illness of Mood disorder, Anxiety disorders, substance abuse and some more. 4. Any medicine induced sleep disorders. 5. Primary insomnia with no certain causes. 6. And few more.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist or Neuropsychiatrist of ur choice and discuss the details of ur sleep pattern,sleep duration , Time of initiation , maintanence of sleep , frequent awakening and other associated factors. Allow Psychiatrist to perform " Mental state examination " over you in order to understand ur underlying mood, emotions, personality, personal, social , family factors & psychosocial stressors. " Sleep Hygeine " , a basic therapy among other therapies that you can start practicing 1. Morning exercise for 20 mins , minimum. 2. Avoid afternoon sleep. 3. Eat light food at night. 4. Eat dinner before 2 hrs of going to bed. 5. Avoid excessive use of fluids before bed. 6. Avoid Tea, coffee, coldrinks, smoke , tobacco     before sleep. 7. Bed must be solely used for Sleeping no other     activities of watching TV or radio,     laptop,phone eating & reading is permitted     onto bed . 8. Room must be dark, cool & calm. 9. Put ur feet into bucket of warm water for 20     mins. 10 Change ur bed or room ,if still not able to      initiate sleep
