Sleep apnea symptoms
When I go to sleep I usually feel like my nose is stuffed up every night for the past few months. I am very overweight. If I lie on my back I usually wake myself up from loud snoring and shortness of breath but I can sleep on my side and back sometimes snoring sometimes not. I've also been periodically having issues where when I lie down my heart rate gets faster for a little bit and it feels like I have a weight on my chest and it's harder to breathe.
