I feel sleepy after breakfast I wake up early and go for workout but still I feel sleepy and tired but I couldn't concentrate I couldn't sit and study for long I get distracted very soon also other related problems please help to overcome I need to be active I've tried black coffee also but it doesn't help how to overcome this because I need to study continuously without feeling sleepy or without concentration

Concentration is also like work out you can't go and start lifting 50 kgs dumbbell on the 1st day of your Gym it takes practice and time so in the same way start Studying and slowly slowly concentration will develop.
Reduce your caffeine intake ok.
Don't over eat.
Have a healthy diet.
Green leafy vegetables.... fruits... milk and milk products.
Keep your self hydrated ok.
